Controller and scope
DAVISOFT Sp. z o.o. is the controller of information submitted through this website. A venue operating an eSelfie photo point may be a separate controller for visitor photos; its own notice applies at that location.
Information we receive
Lead forms can contain contact details, company and location information, camera details, messages and files you choose to upload. We also retain limited request information needed to protect the service and resolve problems.
Purpose and legal basis
We use form data to answer a request, prepare a setup plan, check compatibility, arrange a demo or provide a quote. Optional product marketing is processed only when its separate checkbox is selected and can be withdrawn at any time.
Retention
Uploaded lead files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Lead records are retained for up to 12 months unless a contract, legal obligation or an active business exchange requires a different period. Abandoned upload objects are removed after 24 hours.
Recipients and storage
Authorized DAVISOFT staff and service providers supporting hosting, storage and communications may process information under appropriate instructions. Lead files are stored in private object storage and are not published as website assets.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
