Does the visitor need an app?
No. The experience opens in the phone's browser after scanning the QR code.
Can eSelfie use an existing CCTV camera?
Some existing cameras can work after a compatibility and photo-quality check. A dedicated photo camera is recommended for the best result.
Do we need to replace our surveillance system?
No. eSelfie can work alongside the existing camera system while adding a separate camera for visitor photos.
Can it work outdoors?
Yes. The camera, mounting and visitor information are selected for the location and local weather.
What happens to visitor photos?
The visitor sees the retention period before capture. Photos are delivered through a private link and removed according to the configured policy.
Can a sponsor or venue logo be added?
Yes. The final photo can include an approved frame, venue identity, campaign message or sponsor placement.
Can we install it ourselves?
